About Us


 Chef Chuck Graham has spent 10 years in management roles in various fields including retail, construction, and non-profit.  He acquired a B.A. in business management from Robert Morris University in 2006. 

Over the years, Chuck became passionate about cooking for close friends and family.  He decided to pursue a career driven by his dreams of cooking for a crowd. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2015. 

After graduating Chuck has worked and gained experience in various fields in the culinary industry including working as a chef in several prestigious restaurants in the city, Soldier Field and the annual National Restaurant Association show in Chicago. 

Chuck has also taken advantage of numerous opportunities to stage in several types of restaurants specializing in fine dining, international, American pub-style foods.
