Our first pop up, “How Bao Dat”  was a huge success even in the snow storm. We took over the Bronzeville Jerk Shack for the weekend and featured Chuck G’s Bao buns. The menu included pillow soft Bao buns stuffed with either smoked honey sesame brisket, sweet chili lime Chicken, jerk chicken, fiesta shrimp, or veggie.

The loaded kimchi fries were a hit and the sweet fried banana egg rolls knocked em’ out the park!
