Last week was so fun we had to do it again! Chef Chuck linked up with friistyle at the jerk shack! This weeks Pomme frites included a Lamb frite with garlic aioli and gremolatta. There was also a roasted veggie frite with red peppers, cauliflower, portobella mushrooms, carrots, red onions, and topped with balsamic glaze, honey mustard and micro herbs. Stay tuned as we have big things in store for the near future!
