“How Boa Dat” @ Alarmist Brewery

On St. Patrick’s day 2018, the team and I went up north to Alarmist Brewery to serve St. Patty’s day inspired bao buns! Beers were flowing and the buns were steaming. The pillowy soft bao buns options were stuffed with either smoked corned beef brisket, smoked honey sesame brisket, sweet chili lime chicken, or veggie. We served the buns wit kimchi, cabbage, pickles and chips. We also featured Rajun Cajun Reggie’s peach cobbler and cupcakes!  Stay tuned for the next pop-up!
